Chapter I. General provisions

Article VII of the following buildings are strictly prohibited the construction of photovoltaic power generation facilities:

3. Other places where construction is strictly prohibited by relevant safety regulations.
Article 8 should be designed at a high level of distributed photovoltaic power generation facilities, taking into account the functionality and practicality and aesthetics, in accordance with the centralized priority, neat and symmetrical, tonal harmony, aesthetics and unity of the principle of arrangement, and to meet the waterproofing, fire prevention, lightning, seismic, roof loading and other relevant norms and standards requirements.

Chapter III. Construction implementation requirements

Article 18 The project of placing photovoltaic power generation facilities must be installed with lightning protection and grounding facilities, and comply with the National Design Code for Lightning Protection of Buildings (GB50057-2010) and the Technical Specification for Lightning Protection of Photovoltaic Building Integration Systems (GB/T36963-2018). The photovoltaic power generation facility project shall comply with the low-voltage power distribution design code (GB50054-2011).

Article 22 of the project construction process should be done on-site safety measures at all stages, to maintain the cleanliness of the construction site and road access, to ensure the implementation of fire safety measures to meet the relevant provisions of the regional engineering construction management.
Chapter IV Grid Connection Acceptance Requirements
Article 23 in the project completion and acceptance stage, the construction unit shall organize the design, construction, supervision and other parties involved in the construction of distributed photovoltaic power generation facilities and equipment acceptance, and timely acceptance of the documents for the record, the completion of the acceptance of the competent authorities to supervise the acceptance.
Article 24 in the completion of the project and meet the grid acceptance conditions, the project unit needs to be submitted in writing to the power supply sector grid acceptance and commissioning applications, the power supply sector in the receipt of the application materials, within 15 working days after the completion of the grid.

The power supply company is responsible for the daily power safety inspection. Chapter V. Bylaws
Article 26 of these Measures shall be implemented from the date of issuance, valid from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024.
Article 27 After the release and implementation of these measures, such as the state or the province, the city issued new management regulations, inconsistent with these measures, according to the state or the province, the city relevant provisions.
