Chapter I. General provisions

3. Other places where construction is strictly prohibited by relevant safety regulations.

Article 8 should be designed at a high level of distributed photovoltaic power generation facilities, taking into account the functionality and practicality and aesthetics, in accordance with the centralized priority, neat and symmetrical, tonal harmony, aesthetics and unity of the principle of arrangement, and to meet the waterproofing, fire prevention, lightning, seismic, roof loading and other relevant norms and standards requirements.

Chapter III. Construction implementation requirements

Article 22 of the project construction process should be done on-site safety measures at all stages, to maintain the cleanliness of the construction site and road access, to ensure the implementation of fire safety measures to meet the relevant provisions of the regional engineering construction management.


Chapter IV Grid Connection Acceptance Requirements

Article 23 in the project completion and acceptance stage, the construction unit shall organize the design, construction, supervision and other parties involved in the construction of distributed photovoltaic power generation facilities and equipment acceptance, and timely acceptance of the documents for the record, the completion of the acceptance of the competent authorities to supervise the acceptance.

Chapter V. Bylaws

Article 26 of these Measures shall be implemented from the date of issuance, valid from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024.

Article 27 After the release and implementation of these measures, such as the state or the province, the city issued new management regulations, inconsistent with these measures, according to the state or the province, the city relevant provisions.

Article 28 These Measures shall be interpreted by the Party and Government Office of the Hi-tech Zone, and the specific interpretation work shall be undertaken by the Business and Capital Regulations Sub-bureau of the Party and Government Office of the Zone.
