CPC coated composite backsheet

Product Description：

CPC coated composite backsheet, a milky-white backsheet film with multi-layer structure, is a composite solar backsheet coated with fluorine-containing resin PVDF on both sides of PET substrate and cured, and it is a high-performance backsheet applied to solar cell encapsulation materials. The PET layer guarantees the mechanical strength performance, electrical insulation performance and water vapor barrier performance of the material, while the two-layer fluorine resin structure ensures the backsheet's excellent weather resistance, solvent wipe resistance and yellowing resistance.

The product can well protect the cells from high-temperature lamination process, while the fluorine resin coated on the inner side has high visible light reflectivity, which helps to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of PV modules.

Adopting the composite process, the PVDF fluorocarbon film and the intermediate PET base film are laminated together by adhesive. The inner PVDF film protects PET from UV corrosion, and at the same time is specially treated to bond better with the encapsulation adhesive film, while the outer PVDF fluorocarbon coating protects the backside of the component from moisture, heat and UV erosion.
